Time flies, and it’s already September! The morning and evening air is starting to feel a touch cooler, bringing with it the perfect autumn weather. Soon, the weather will be perfect for outings.

Autumn is also the season for appetite. While we can eat as many delicious foods as we want, we need to be careful not to overindulge.
